I've tried many raw honeys over the years, and this one from YS Organic Bee Farms is hands-down the best. I was looking for a truly pure and unprocessed honey, and I've finally found it. Arrived in perfect condition. Plastic jars but - whatever. Condition of the honey was absolutely impeccable. A fresh croissant with salted organic butter and a moderate spread of this item allowed the exceptional flavor and texture to shine. Life is wonderful.

This is a spreadable honey. If you put it in tea, you have to stir it to dissolve it. It's worth the effort because it is delicious. When I use teabags, I put the honey in before i pour in the water. It's nice for spreading on food.

Just right,, just what I was looking for.

One star ONLY because of the following issues: This honey was NOT Raw Organic as it appeared to be advertised in the order. Most importantly, when I recieved the order, one of the set of jars were turned upside down in the box and had leaked out of its packaging and spilled over onto other items in the box. The box was infested with ants as a result! A simple packing into a sealed plastic bag would have prevented the leakage onto other items and probably prevented the ant migration into the box. I normally swear by and love YS Organic US Certified Raw Honey which I thought I was getting this time, but I did not. Disappointing on the poor packaging and not matching what was advertised!! The actuall YS Organic Certified Raw Organic honey which I have used for many years is awesome as far as quality!!
