just started taking this product a week ago coupled with magnesium.the two work really well together for rest and relaxation.i trust this company- always reliable and consistent.

I love this product. It enabled me to gently get off sleep meds for the first time in at least a decade. This plus magnesium glycinate is the winner by far.So far I've purchased it 3 times and plan to stay with it.

In most regards, this product seems fine. Unfortunately, many farms in India have enough lead contamination that the product is required to carry a warning on the label. In fairness, they say it's much less than is generally thought to be safe, but it does concern me enough that I don't want to buy it again. Does it help sleep? I can't say I slept particularly well when taking the recommended dosage, but maybe my sleep issues are different from others that are helped. This seems like an integrous company that makes this product.
