Seem to work in my pizza oven just as well as the Ooni versions, albeit I think they burn a bit more quickly. They are still far better value for money.

Update: Changed rating from 1 to 4 stars. After contacting the company about the excessive black smoke, they suggested I was accidentally sent smoking pellets. To their credit, they sent a replacement out within 24 hours. There is definitely a colour variance between the original order and the replacement lending credence to their assertion. Original review: More expensive and an inferior alternative to Ooni branded pellets. They burn with a black smoke compared to alternatives that burn with a white and eventually clear exhaust.

These pellets give a clean, hot burn, perfect for a pizza oven. This is my second purchase as I was so impressed with the first batch I received.

We used the pellets for cooking pizza. They don’t have long enough in the oven to get flavour from the cook. Pellets burn as you would expect.
