Is it possible to be a microphone as one of the input sources?

Thank you so much for inquiring.

The Just  Mixer S do not provide condenser mic.
Because the Loop Mixer do not provide phantom or plug-in power for microphone. Regular mics that can be connected directly to the microphone jacks of PCs will work fine, but condenser mics and other mics requiring additional power source may not work. As below link for reference.

Besides , we have a microphone mixer of Just Mic 4 and Just Mixer M , Loop Mixer 8 for mics Mixer for reference.

Can I use this to combine two mics into a dual mono output?  I want to hear both mics on both output channels equally.

Does the headphone jack cut off the line out when a cable is inserted? If so, how would I rig up an external female plug to be the "mute switch"?
