Q: how much does it costs to get this installed?

$300 and the plumber couldn’t even get it hooked u. Piece of Chinese junk

Q: How does the drain stay in place? I don’t see anything that would keep it in place? I connected the P trap to the drain in the bowl but not secured??

This product is defective and useless.

Q: Are the hooks from the ground??

Don't waste your money. Completely useless. Didn't even get one use. Came defective with poorly fitted parts. I didn't realize until weeks later when I got a plumber to set it up. Also nothing holds it to the ground. Unless you create a bracket to hold the back to the wall it may topple forward everytime your client try to get up out the seat because it's lightweight.

Q: Missing parts . How do you get a hold of company.

I've messaged them a few weeks ago and still no response. My sink is leaking. I tried buying the part from another company on amazon and I'm still out of luck, not working still.
