Unsealed product
Why is the product film seal removed as this seems to be a recurrence in reviews, not a problem if it was a tool or appliance but it is used on skin. Please reply as not sure what's in the container is what supposed to be in it.

Didn't try it since it arrived in an unsealed box and unsealed jar and looked as if it had been used.
