Yves Saint Laurent Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils, No. 01 High Density Black, 0.2 Ounce

I've been a faithful (and satisfied) user of basic drug store brands in the past. But, with my change in eyesight, and an increasing chemical sensitivity over the years, I'd dropped using mascara since I couldn't really see what I was doing (putting on the stuff was very difficult and very time consuming, no matter which type of mirror, magnifying glasses, or lighting I tried0. A comment in some magazine article made this one worth a try, although it's well over my usual price category. WOW - using this (applying and wearing) is so wonderful that I now rarely leave the house without putting this on. I've used mascara more one days since buying this than I have in the previous 12 months. I think part of the reason is the length and heft of the wand. It is much longer than what I've used, and the balance makes it very maneuverable. The formula also works for me. It's not water proof, but so far it has great staying power, much better than my previous experience with not-waterproof mascara. (The humid days of summer will be the next test.) It goes on very well --- so well I had to re-learn how to apply -- one sweep of the wand is sufficient --- more than that is too heavy. I have a decent amount of lashes which are plenty long, but they are nearly invisible despite my dark hair coloring.

I’ve been buying my mascara at the pharmacy lately because it’s more convenient with everything closed down. After mascaras that are wet, clumpy, and smear before the day’s half over, I’m in love with a quality mascara like this one. I can never go back to cheap again. There truly is a difference. This mascara goes on perfectly, not to wet and not too dry. It doesn’t smudge and it comes off easily at night. It doesn’t clump by eye lashes together and I can put on multiple coats. It’s the little things in life that get me excited in 2020.

One of my favorite maskaras , use it for many years now .. My lashes are naturally long and curly so I don’t have to stress about the best volume or anything like that , what I like here is how light this maskara is and I don’t feel like my lashes glued together . And also loved the fact that I don’t have to go to the store now and I guess buying online saves me couple dollars ..

This is not it. I expected more from YSL. I usually wear Marc Jacobs and expected similar quality. Maybe it was old or something, but there’s nothing high quality about the mascara or the brush. I returned it.

I’ve tried evey mascara out there. I’m on tv and will not use anything else. My lashes look huge with this. With other mascara my lashes look tiny. I don’t care how much this costs, I will always come back to it.

This product is AMAZING. Really does make your eyelashes go on forever. FIVE STARS ON PRODUCT QUALITY. When I first opened it I tough it was a joke... because the wand was so chunky. But as I kept dipping the wand and applying my eyelashes grew super long. It does flake off a little by the end of the night or if I sleep with it on. But overall I'm really really impressed. I just wish it wasn't so crazy expensive!!! FOUR STARS ON PRICE. But will I buy it again...? Probably. I'll save it for special occasions.

I've used this mascara before and was very excited to use it again. I usually buy it in-store, but ordering it online was more convienient so I gave it a shot since I've never had problems with online orders before... But when my mascara was delivered it seemed to be very old. When I opened the tube for the first time the wand was completely clumped together and the mascara was flacking off. I tried to use it a few times and even added a few drops of water to it, but I just trashed it a few days later. When I've used the mascara in the passed, after about a month of daily use the want and mascara began to dry and apply very flaky, but never have I opened a tube that was NEW and had it be just like an OLD tube. Ill never order here again. You shouldn't either.

Hace mucho que lo uso. Es muy bueno y me deja las pestañas como me gustan.

Acheté depuis plus de 20ans, toujours une masterclass, tiens tres bien, et donne vraiment un effet long cil, bien mieux que les produit style loreal volume xxl, maybeline etc.., ici on paie mais on sait pourquoi.

Always a good choice.
