The Garden of Life MyKind Mens's multi 40+ is made from organic non-gmo foods. As any food grown from the earth, there will be trace heavy metals that our earth naturally provides. what is the size of the pill?

Its not the biggest pill i've ever taken but its not as small as their regular Men's Multi-vitamin that is not 40+. I would say its a medium sized pill.

Does this contain iron supplement?

No it does not. However, it contains zinc, selenium, chromium, and manganese. If you are in need of iron, consider taking Backstrap Molasses, instead of synthetic iron supplements. Feosol is a synthetic iron supplement generally prescribed by allopathic doctors for iron deficiency. Food based supplements, like Garden of Life or Megafoods products, are safer than synthetic supplements. Since we get nutrients from our daily diet too, I generally reduce the manufacturer recommended supplement dosage to 1/2 or 2/3 max.
