Very great for keto eating as I do, very low carb count. It stays firm when cooked, not mushy. Very easy and fast to prepare, tastes good. It is a different flavor, very similar to artichoke hearts. So if you like them this is similar and is also good with butter, or a pasta sauce. The flavor does not interfere with other flavors. It makes 2 servings if eating as a meal. Could stretch further if a side dish. If you like spaghetti squash this is also worth a try for you, although more expensive, it is shelf stable and good to have on hand. I like the angel hair version more than the spaghetti version although both are good, the smaller strands are a bit more tender. Both are a good purchase though and the spaghetti style comes in a 3 pack so that saves you a little. I do recommend this if you are ok with the price, it allows you to have a version of pasta!

I used this with RAOs pasta sauce ... with Omaha beef meatballs. Quality stuff? Taste was terrible Such a shame, was looking for a healthy substitute for typical pasta noodles... Such is life.

Good stuff, not gummy, good taste.

I can't decide if I like these enough to buy them again. They are high in fiber. They are really low carbs. They do resemble a noodle like substance. The taste is slightly acidic. They are precooked so it's easy to use. But if your a texture purist, these may not be the best.

Surprisingly I liked this product, enough to buy more. I wish the noodles were just a bit more substantial in width and length. They held on to the sauce well, and with a bit of seasoning tasted ok. For a low carb product, this is a good option.

I really enjoyed this faux pasta. I prepared it with Kirkland marinara sauce with 3 tbs of Italian spices and cooked in a saucepan. Combined with Kirkland meatballs. It was awesome yet low carb. There is a slight palm heart after taste but minimal. Highly recommend.

This is surprisingly great texture and eats just like angel hair pasta. It absorbs the sauce it’s cooked in and is a very good pasta substitute for a low carb diet. Even reheated it keeps its texture. I would definitely buy this again.

I was impressed with the product’s description but totally underwhelmed by the taste and consistency once I received it and heated it up. I tried it with butter, vegetables and seasonings but it was still tasteless to me. I gave it a try with high hopes but I can’t, based on my experience with it, recommend it.
