What setting are folks using on the pump (1 - 7)? My house is 2600sqft and 3-4 does not seem to get that hot at furthest shower.

My house is 2700 square feet. I am set at 3, and have instant hot water......2-3 seconds.

Up to 5 GPM. 3 GPM at 4' Head. Plenty for my 2700 sq ft house, with 80' run to furthest valve. I run at 1/3 speed.

Instructions say pump should below water heater water level. mine is above. also no check valve or air bleed valve. how bad is this? worked 5 years.

Check with tech support at 800 554-6853 or 559 265-4730. Depending on your system configuration, I would worry about the pump running dry if the pump loses head.
