Beautiful. I put a rock on the spinning thing on the left side of the fountain. It spins pretty fast. Besides that everything works. Water level will go down because of it evaporating which makes the glass ball stop and everything else slows down or stops. You just refill. No biggie. Every tabletop water fountain I have the water evaporates. It's natural not a manufactured defect.Thank you

This fountain is the remedy for peace and tranquillity. It is county fair prize quality and is about as easy to assemble as a hydrogen collider. There are 0 instructions but I’d owned a similar fountain in the past so knowing where the hoses connected was not an issue but getting my hands in there was a different story there is very little space for anyone who doesn’t have doll size hands so you hands will get scratched up trying to put together the hoses. Once assembled correctly and turned on the water wheel was the only thing that turned on the ball did not rotate even with the pump on at its highest setting. The water wheel was very poorly glued into its base so the moment water touched the glue the wheel came undone, the other, grey wheel also did not spin like it should have. The one thing this fountain did and did well was put on a deliriously colorful fog and light show...until all that fog and bubbles drained the fountain of the water I had put in all over my table top. Do not buy this, the advertising is deceiving.

I know it has to be protected for shipping but there has to be a better way then styrofoam (presses snow)This stuff crumbles and flys all over the place.Also, a set-up sheet(manual) would be for old farts like me that can't figure out the easy way to set it up.It is really beautiful so I'll use it for a baby turtle tank until I figure it out.3 days later.Yippee, I figured it out. Very easy to do. If i had only looked at the back of the fountain I would have seen there are two hoses and everything connects from there. But the packaging styrofoam still sucks.Getting old and have having brain farts is a bummer.......lol

I love this fountain but it drips water all over the place. I had to sit inside a deep container to prevent water from wetting the table and floor area. Have to refill constantly with water. It is beautiful and relaxing, but the water being expelled takes away from product.

The media could not be loaded. Tube inside very difficult to disconnect and reconnect need Thumbalina fingers, tweezers didn't help lol. The clear ball spinned but stopped. You have to play with it to and get the appropriate amount of water, not too much or too little that was the hardest part. Today the ball is spinning. Yes water does splatter out. I recommend putting it in a larger bowl so you don't go thru rolls of paper. I dont recommend put it on wood furniture. I put mine on my bathroom counter for those who need extra time in the bathroom lol. Anyway it is very pretty just add water when the ball slows down. Make sure the little pump you put the switch on high and connect hoses tightly. I would like to have a on/off switch instead of having to unplug and replug when I use it. Enjoy!

The product is so beautiful and attractive but the problem is the water sprinkled outside of fountain and it’s spill all over the table and shelf. The water every where on the floor. I love the product but only problem water splashes everywhere.

Lots of excess glue everywhere....Bridge came broken off, as well as another blue piece which I think comes from somewhere underneath....Ball doesn't spin even with pump on max, water nearly full to the top. The mister just throws water every direction. Think I'll just try a DIY next time.

It is beautiful. Really enjoy. Fits on a tv tray to help with size. But it should have had set up instructions. Love the colors and mist and rolling ball.
