Nailtiques Protein for Nails - Formula 2, 0.25 oz

This stuff works like a charm. I've had artificial nails for 30 years and now I can go natural without worrying about splitting and breaking nails. My nails are thin and dry, but this polish helps them hold up and actually strengthens them.

I have been using this products for years. It help with my nails that would otherwise slip and break.

This stuff works. Put on 2 coats, added a coat every other day and started over once a week. After lots of powder dip, my nails were wrecked. This repaired them within a few weeks.

My nails were weak, thin and so ridged they looked like wash boards. I have thyroid disease, so that’s the cause. Nothing helped. With Nailtiques 2 they are recovering and are so much stronger. I’m so happy with this product!

My nails have been seriously struggling! Nothing worked till this. I tried Perfect Formula Gel Coat, which looked pretty, but did not stop my nails from peeling. I also tried OPI Nail Envy (new formula) which totally let me down. I tried hard as hoof cream and massaging in jojoba oil daily. Nothing stopped my nails from peeling- some almost halfway down my nail bed. I’ve used Nailtiques formula 2 plus for about a month now. For the first few weeks, I followed the directions religiously- one coat daily, remove at the end of the week, start again. It allowed my nails to grow out without new peeling, and I could cut my nails back to healthy nail. Then I used it as a base coat with two coats under color, and even added as a coat over the topcoat on day 3. It added shine and prevented chipping. My nails are recovering. They are soooo much better than they were a month ago. I was a loyal OPI Nail Envy user for years. It was fabulous, and I recommended it to everyone. Then they changed the formula and my nails got worse and worse. I think I have finally found a good replacement for it!

I don't know what the deal is, I have bought this for years and it has always performed great, staying on my nails and making them super strong. But for some reason this bottle is not the same, it peels off with in 24 hours....Looks like I am past the 30 days, so I don't have an option to return. I thought maybe the first couple times I used it, my nails weren't totally free of polish remover, so I really spent time to ensure they were....still no luck. Too bad.

Ok, so first thing- I really struggled to get the darn cap off. Must have had some of this on edge, or bottle cap doesn't seal properly. After several attempts, I got the cap to turn- and noticed this product is pretty thick. Maybe because of cap sealing? This is thd first time I've tried this, so I have nothing to go by. I applied 1 coat, and 7 hours later, I noticed it starting to peel off from nail tips. How is this supposed to help nails if it doesn't stay on?
