My husband was thrilled with his mug. Arrived very well packaged

Poor Quality
This mug was not as described. My daughter had previously ordered one for my birthday and it came in a proper Pantone box! I decided to order one for a friends birthday but the mug I ordered came in a plain brown box and does not feel like the same quality as the one my daughter bought for me! I am not convinced it is an original Pantone mug as it feels a lot lighter too. It will be returned.

Not porcelain or fine china
In the description this mug is referred to as ‘porcelain fine china’ - weird as that’s two different things. And the mug when it arrived was neither. It’s just a bog standard cheap mug with the beautiful Pantone colour on the outside. It was a gift and I was disappointed when my friend opened it.
