This works great but soak your feet first.

Callouses Away
At 70 years young, foot bottom callouses are frequent occurrence. The 3-in-1 Pedi Bean (with pumice stone) is a useful tool for resolving the ills. Although but temporary, couldn't do without the cure. (Bonus: the Emory pad serves as a useful toe & finger nail file .

Neat Feet Pedi Bean Foot Smoother
This is a terrible product. I try to stay on top of keeping my feet looking and feeling nice, so I wouldn't say that my feet are difficult to work on; however, this product did absolutely nothing for them. The stone doesn't do anything but get stone dust on your floor. Really, I initially thought it was my dry skin, but no, closer inspection showed that my foot wasn't flaking, it was the stone crumbling. The black emery file did an ok job smoothing my skin, but it dulled quickly and became useless. The metal file was the worst part of the set - most of the holes weren't even holes - just a solid metal bump. Cant grate the skin off with smooth metal bumps. The irony is that I bought this because I was too cheap to the replacement blades for my usual foot smoother, and I ended up wasting my money because it was so completely worthless.

Learn how to use it
I think the other reviewer was unfair in his criticism. While I agree that the white thing doesn't seem to do anything, the other to parts are okay IF YOUR FEET ARE DAMP. They don't really do much at all otherwise. I was just using this product alone for several years, and it works fine. However, it does start to loose some if its functionality after a while. I ended up buying the Denco Easy Grip Professional Foot Smoother to help with my horrible calluses, but it didn't get rid of all the roughness. So I started using these two products together, but now I only use the black part of it. However, now that my product is pretty old, my feet have to be pretty much soaking wet for the black part to work, but after a while, even my feet get really smooth. And believe me, my calluses are awful, I once stepped on a piece of glass and didn't even notice at first just because it was stuck in a rough part of my foot (the flesh later came right off). But this thing get's my feet baby smooth. I just hope I don't step on any glass anytime soon though.P.S. Still, if you do find another product that is just the black part (not sure what it is or what it's called), you may want to get just that. The blade on this works okay, but not great. Depending on how sensitive your feet are, it may actually hurt.P.S.S: I probably would have rated this 3 stars if the only other reviewer had only rated higher than only one. I just rated it with four to balance out the overall review more.
