Just What I Needed
First things first, this cable will not work for everyone. If your Android smartphone or tablet has SD Card access, you don't need this cable. This is only for phones such as the HTC One or HTC DNA or a Google phone. All of those models have sealed batteries and memory, no external access. If you do need it, then read on.HTC branded phones usually have the software for OTG already installed, while Google phones (Galaxy Nexus) do not. However, you can find software (free) that does allow this cable to be used. You can use a card reader with SD capability, a flash drive (this is the best option), a usb hub (but depending on what devices you plan to use, it must be externally powered), and it can even run some keyboards, mice and controllers! Now, much like a desktop/laptop computer, you cannot just yank this out of the phone/tablet when you're done with it. You must unmount it first, just like you would your SD Card in almost any Android phone, or a flash drive in Windows. You could ruin the drive/card and it will cause errors in your phone to the point of restoring back to factory settings. (I know, I speak from experience.)The HDMI adapters, however, are somewhat problematic. A lot of the current generation smartphones and tablets use MHL for their HDMI output, which basically means you need a device that plugs into your micro USB port and sends audio and video through it into the MHL device and then out to your TV. The adapters that come with this set are for phones that have a preexisting HDMI port (micro and mini adapters are both included). If you're one of the lucky few who have this, then this set is for you. (I had to buy a MHL adapter.)With this set of cables, you can make your phone or tablet into a desktop computer, basically. Keyboard, mouse, TV as a monitor, and it's ultra portable. Unplug and go, no longer tethered. With accessories like this and phones/tablets becoming more and more powerful, the PC might end up dying. It's a little difficult to lug around a laptop, due to their size and weight, especially if it's a gaming PC. Android devices tend to do it all, really. Gaming, basic computing, portable workstation (for some), and all in the palm of your hand.To get the most out of your devices, I recommend this set. The OTG cable alone is worth it, and mine came from a US seller! (Foreign sellers are cheaper in cost, but it can take a month or more to receive your item! Buy from a seller in the US. It's a bit more money, but I'd rather spend my money than burn through my patience.)

Great for my DSLR phone/tablet connection
This works great for my connection between my 60d and my cell phone and my tablet. I have a great app that allows me to view what my camera is viewing and adjust all the settings from my Nexus 7 and g-nex. I only needed the one cord that connects the USB side to the micro usb on my phone/tablet but I bought this because it came with the other connectors too. The only complaint I have (which is why I gave it 4 stars) is this micro usb connector that plugs into my phone/tablet does stick out a bit more and is all the way in. It's like a cm or two longer than it should be, i guess this would be okay if you have a case on your phone and you need that extra cm but for me I am kind of worried that when I go out in the elements that it may get a little wet and could cause damage. I may just end of black taping it to my tablet/phone if I ever need just to give it that extra protection.

Good, but not totally useful unless the tablet's rooted.
I have to admit to buying these before I researched the technicals of the tablet first. The reason I say this is that I bought them in hopes of using the dongle adapters for mounting a USB stick on my Nexus tablet to watch movies from.It turns out that, as the writing of this review, the Great and Powerful Google says, "Thou shalt not mount USB thumbdrives on our Nexus tablets."Ooops.So, if I want to use the USB adapters ad anything other than... well... eye candy, I have to root my device. So learn from my mistake as I am sent to the Hades of technical dysfunction. At least the HDMI adapter is nice.

0 devices like thumb drives
The microUSB to USB cable is NOT an OTG cable as described; it's simply a "straight" microUSB to USB 2.0 adapter cable with no OTG functionality. I suppose that I could use this cable to plug into a regular USB 2.0 A to A cable for charging my tablet if I lost all of my other charging cables, but I had to buy a different OTG cable to use the tablet's OTG host capability for USB 2.0 devices like thumb drives. The micro HDMI to HDMI adapter worked fine. I didn't need / try the mini versions of these adapters, but I suspect they are the same.

All the adapters you would need for a tablet!
Great deal for these adapters. Tried them last night with my Hisense Sero 7 Pro tablet. They need to start making tablets with multiple mini usb slots so I can charge and use my mouse or whatever at the same time. :) love this adapter set, will probably order again!--I had issues with the HDMI- mini HDMI adapter which was unable to transmit sound to my TV from tablet

These work perfectly for all my mobile connection needs.
I have two sets of these adapters for working with my rooted Nook Color, and my ASUS T100 Transformer book. The all have worked great. I am able to use the USB OTG for my keyboard on my Nook Color, and it works perfectly. I can also plug in a externally powered USB Hub and use a mouse with the keyboard also, and a USB Drive. The HDMI adapters are great for when I need to plug my computers up to the TV, and both work perfectly. Overall, a great product for a great price. I will buy more from Afunta if I need them in the future.

partially worked
I purchased this in a second attempt to find a micro hdmi adapter to work with my Toshiba encore 64GB device. I rate this three stars to be fair since I only could use two of the four items. The micro USB adapter worked fine. The micro HDMI was intermittent right at the physical interface to the device. This was the same case with a micro hdmi adapter by Monoprice (amazon). Finally a third micro hdmi 3ft cable from walmart, made by ONN worked perfectly.

Beware: not an adapter from Micro USB to HDMI cable
I have an android tablet with a micro USB but there is no adaptor in the package to connect it to my HDMI cable. There is a short cable with a micro USB, but it has a USB connection at the other end so it doesn't connect to my HDMI cable. Doesn't seem to connect as it says. Returning it.It seems there is some other sort of connector, which I only discovered by reasing the small print and other reviews. The cables look sturdy, so I'm giving it 3*, but the description isn't helpful.

This kit is part of what you need, beware!
Beware, this does NOT connect your smartphone to a TV. It will connect your smartphone to a TV if you have a male to male USB connector to plug this into. So it isn't an adapter at all, it is part of one.I bought this after smashing the screen to my Galaxy S6 and being told that I could use the TV to mirror the phone via an OTG adapter. So I was very cross when I realised that this wouldn't actually do it. Also, the adapters are very poor quality and only one fitted my phone, and was a very poor fit. Very disappointing for the money, so item was returned without issue.

Good set but pricey
This is a useful set, I really wanted a female USB to a male HDMI. The set is a little pricey, but arrived the next day

Good way to give an Android tablet a standard USB port.
