Delicious for grain salads
I bought this to replicate a salad I had at a restaurant in Spain... it was amazing, and the first time i had eaten Farro. I know Bob's Red Mill is known for quality products ( I buy their specialty flours for bread) so I bought their brand. It cooked up beautifully and was absolutely delicious! With cold farro as a base, add goat or feta cheese, cubed cantaloupe, chopped mint leaves, halved grape tomatoes, and toasted walnuts...dress with a balsamic reduction or just your favorite balsamic salad dressing. So good!

I love Farro and Iโve been buying it for a while. Iโm unable to find it easily in my grocery stores. The only thing I wish is that it was not pearled
