I bought this to replicate a salad I had at a restaurant in Spain... it was amazing, and the first time i had eaten Farro. I know Bob's Red Mill is known for quality products ( I buy their specialty flours for bread) so I bought their brand. It cooked up beautifully and was absolutely delicious! With cold farro as a base, add goat or feta cheese, cubed cantaloupe, chopped mint leaves, halved grape tomatoes, and toasted walnuts...dress with a balsamic reduction or just your favorite balsamic salad dressing. So good!

I am so glad we were able to gwt this online. We usually find it in stores but have be unsuccessful lately.This is a great grain that we use and enjoy a lot.
