I am a ceramic artist and use the rolling pins to decorate some of my work like Christmas decorations, etc. I have several from many different vendors. This one is extremely well made, the imprints are well defined and just the right depth to give the perfect impression. I like it so much that I just ordered another one in a different pattern. Thank you for offering a quality product at a fair price.

The rolling pin is really nice. You must visit a You Tube to find out how to really use the pin as you must flour it, brush off the flour, hold it in the middle, etc. The recipe with the pin has way too much flour and is unusable. Go online to find a different one. This item would benefit from some specific directions for use. It makes a really cool cookie if you look up details online.

I’m basically just a Christmas cookie baker and thought an embossed rolling pin would be something different. My first use this season could have been worse, I did some research on using it and finding a no spread recipe. I went with a vanilla bean shortbread that turned out to be too plain, might try gingerbread recipe next year. I also need to work on rolling the dough out evenly. I would recommend that it is good for someone who doesn’t bake much, but yeah seems to be a learning curve and some good patience is needed, which is hard during the holidays. Oh, also if using a cookie cutter I suggest using a small one.

Easy to use and got fantastic results. I did not even use the recipe included, just did a quick test run with dough I already had on hand. I anticipate even more beautiful cookies as I practice and tweak recipes. Wonderful to have cookies that truly reflect the meaning of the season when so many are snowmen, santas, etc.

It is a beautiful rolling pen. Everything that I expected, however, before Christmas another one was shipped in a mailer. It was delivered to the wrong house and they took it out of the mailer making it look like it slipped out the end...which in that type of mailer that could happen. But they put the empty mailer on my fence/gate and if a picture had not been taken of where the driver dropped it off I would have never figured it out. But it arrived this time in a box with bubble wrap so it was intact and in the box. Love it.

I was hoping that these really worked. I followed the instructions and use the recipe that came with the Rolling Pin. Well did not get a good result at all and tried again with my own recipe. Like previous reviews have stated, the dough gets stuck and the imprint on the cookie is very faint and not impressed at all.

Works great and nice pattern

It doesn't emboss well if the dough is too firm, so I let it warm up a little more, then it worked better. Practice makes perfect. Good quality, reasonable price. :)

This works well. It cleans easily if you grease it properly.Spray liberally with cooking spray before using. It take time to master the right pressure.My cookies ended up tough because I over-rolled them trying to get the pressure right. Make a practice batch of dough so you don't have tough cookies.The ginger recipe that is included is quite nice.

This is a Christmas gift for a friend, so I have no idea as yet if it will do what it's supposed to.
