OCuSOFT HypoChlor Spray - Hypochlorous Acid Spray for Eyelids - 2 fl oz

Review: This spray is easy to use and feels very gentle on the skin around my eyes. It leaves my eyelids feeling clean and refreshed without causing any irritation or stinging. I also like that it dries quickly and fits easily into my daily routine. The quality is excellent, and I would definitely purchase it again.

Excellent! Very refreshing if you are suffering from dry eyelid issues. Recently I discovered something new because I lit happened to me. I got blepharitis. It has many possible causes, but this combined with ocusoft eyelid cleaner wipes, I successfully defeated it. I now keep both items available if it should ever happen again. Great product even for just keeping your face fresh and clean.

I've been dealing with mild bleph for a long time (resulting in red, itchy lids and dry eyes), and a different optometrist finally recommended the HypoChlor spray, which I had never heard of before. Well I've used it consistently for a couple of months now. At first, I was following the instructions and just spraying it and leaving it on, but that actually created a new problem: It severely dried my eyelids themselves (a different issue than my eyeballs getting dried out from the bleph). My optometrist recommended spraying this on my eyes in the shower and *rinsing it off after about a minute.* (Rest assured, it still kills the germs within that minute for sure). Well THAT was a much better strategy. I do notice overall that it has improved my bleph symptoms, but it has unfortunately not been a game changer or anything. I also take Omega 3 supplements and apply heat and all those other recommendations, but the dry eyes continue... nothing seems to fix it once and for all. But this spray definitely still helps, it's better than not using it. Glad I found it. Just another tool in the toolbox.

Like so many others,I have had blepharitis (sp) for years. I went to the eye doctor because I was getting bags under my eyes, but before I went, I waited until my eyes were bothering me so much that I couldn't even work anymore because my eyes were burning like crazy. The eye doctor told me that I had blepharitis (however you spell that:), I had never heard of it back then, and so he told me to wash my eyelashes every morning and night with baby shampoo, (I'm sure everybody who has had this eye disease is quite familiar with that process). I eventually got over it as long as I used the baby shampoo, but a few weeks ago, I actually got a pretty bad EYE INFECTION on top of the blepharitis. SO, I began a new investigation on how to get rid of that eye infection. It caused this big red bump on my face just under my eye, which, when I read about it, it seems like there is a gland under our eyes apparently that controls our tears, and it was swollen, red, and ugly. So my first "go to" when I have any type of infection is Monolauren. That has cured me from MRSA twice, and so I figured if it did that, it can surely cure me of this eye infection, and it did, but before it did, I needed something more that I could actually put on my eyes to get rid of the blepharitis junk that I think had caused the infection in the first place. So I took the Monolauren (Absolutely awesome stuff, especially the Inspired Nutrition version), for about 2.5 weeks, and also used this product, OcuSOFT Hypochlor Hypochlorous Acid Solution Spray 0.02%, along with it. So using both of these products, my eye infection was GONE completely within about 2.5 weeks. So if you ever get an infection in your eye, or anywhere else for that matter, I highly recommend Monolauren. No, I am not a doctor or any kind of "medical person," but I have used it, my son has used it, my boyfriend has used it several times, and it has NEVER failed us yet, but without the Ocusoft to sooth and clean my eyes during the infection that I had, it would not have been so easy to get through it. The Ocusoft has now taken the place of the baby shampoo I used for so many years. The last baby shampoo I bought at the dollar store said, you know, NO TEARS on it, but I would never put that particular brand of baby shampoo on any baby's head. It burned my eyes like crazy, and was definitely NOT a "no tears" version, and also using the Ocusoft is sooo much easier than going through the baby shampoo routine every day. So if you do have blepharitis, I highly recommend this Ocusoft product, and also Monolauren - together they work like nothing else that I know of. And, by the way, I have not beckoned the door of a doctor's office in over 40 years. I am almost never sick, but when something weird like this eye infection shows up out of the blue, I have always managed to find a natural way of dealing with it, and I am still here quite well and healthy - thanks to God and the natural meds He has given us.

I've got a weird thing going on where multiple lashes will grow out of the same follicle. My eye doctor has had to pluck them out because they are very itchy and the crowding of lashes causes debris to build up. I started looking for gentle eye cleansers and this came up again and again. I waited a while to get it because of the price, but it is worth it. I use it every day after I wake up and wash my face. Since I added this to my routine, my lashes are no longer itchy and I noticed the little bumps along the lash line have gone away. A little goes a long way and the bottle is going to last a long time.

This is an excellent antiseptic for the eyelids and eye lashes, prior to using eye drops It lasts a very long time.

The product is just amazing. I was suffering with my eyelids eczema and since a first use I felt such a relief. No more swelling and irritation.

I couldn't be happier, this stuff is excellent. On the advice of my eye doc, I've been using tea tree oil for just over two years (for blepharitis/demodex). A week using the Hypochlor spray and my eyes have made more progress than with the previous two years of tea tree oil. Plus, my eyes aren't irritated after using this, they actually feel really good. And, my skin isn't dried out like it was with tea tree products. Unfortunately, It's not easy to find in Canada. Hopefully more vendors will start selling it up here. Happy with purchase.

Had my eyes checked and the ophthalmologist told me I had dry eye syndrome and plugged eye oil glands. I've had one or two styes in 30 years then I started getting styes, one after another (6 in less than 3 months). I used tea tree eyelid wipes recommended by the eye doc - useless. It may have made things worse. I'm a guy and I don't use any make-up products so I'm not sure what has changed with my eyes. Hot compresses for the styes were driving me nuts. Family doctor gave me antibiotic eyedrops which helped once I had a stye but didn't do anything to prevent them. After several weeks of using this product I am surprised at how well my eyes have improved. A few sprays on a tissue, wipe the eyelids well, once in the morning, once in the evening - amazed at how it has helped my eyes. Hard to find in Canada but I will be getting more from Amazon.

I ended up getting a stye. I ordered this because I had a stye and the docs online said to use it to clean your eyes and I got a stye in the other eye. I used separate whips every time. It did not prevent it for me.
