Q: is this a base with interchangeable keyboards (to go from gaming-office use) where you flip the keyboard upside down to get a style?

Interchangeable - yes. You get two different keysets - one regular, one gaming (WASD keys on the left and others). The keysets have a clip on the side that you flip up to change out and flip down to lock in place. You don't flip anything upside down. Hope this answers your question.

Q: is this keyboard wireless? does anybody know about a woreless gaming keyboard. or any wireless keyboard good for league?

No this is not wireless. As a gamer I would not suggest using a wireless keyboard or mouse as they inherently have delays which may effect game play.

Q: Anyone know if this keyboard will work with a PS3 ? I'm used to PC games and I stink with the standard PS controller.

I doubt it. it comes with software

Q: Can you have the butterfly key section on the right side of the board. I'm a lefty and can't find a left handed gaming keyboard.

The key layout is fixed. I'm left-handed as well but use the mouse with my right hand since you couldn't swap buttons when I started using a mouse.
