I needed something to try, and tone up, while I recuperated from hip surgery. Resistance Bands were the only way to go. There are a ton of them, on AMAZON, and, I, have never used them before. So, it was a judgment call, because, I really wanted to actually, try them out, but that was not possible. Did some looking, and ProSource is what I went with. Decent Price, and with 5, I could pick and choose the one I wanted to work with. These, surprised me, they, were, as advertised, and priced right. Amazingly quick shipping. Nice storage bag. They, are resistance, rubber bands, with handles, that accomodate your hands, quite well. Bonus is, your foot, also, will go thru. Decent price, good quality. The handles are sturdy, so you can pin them to the floor with your foot, and pull upwards. Nice, just to be able to have one, on the table, pick it up, use it, for a while, and it stores in a nice, round coil. These do, what, I bought them for.

Great choice. There is a full range of strength of resistance bands, all with handles, great quality, offered at a surprisingly reasonable price range. I’ve worked with a lot of different products in the last 10 years as kinesiologist & health coach, I highly recommend this product for anyone that would like to increase their range of motion / strength.

Demorei um pouco para fazer a avaliação para dar tempo de usar. Os elásticos são muito bons. 1. Eles permitem uma gama grande de exercícios. 2. A qualidade é boa. Continuam perfeitos mesmo após o uso diário, e de mais de uma pessoa, por meses. 3. As alças são confortáveis. Isso ajuda muito na execução dos exercícios.
