Weber Grate Cleaner

Really pleasantly surprised just how effective this cleaning product is on my BBQ 👍

This item is actually very strong and effective. The smell isn’t strong also but the size of this bottle and the price is pretty expensive in my opinion. I only bought this once and used for my griddle pan. It definitely removes grease better than the cheaper grease removers that you may buy from the pound stores.

I spray this on my gunky WSM grill as I usually clean the day after cooking. Well, low and slow cooking tends to finish early evening and I just can't be bothered cleaning straight after eating. So, I spray this on the gril the next day, leave it to do its thing for 10 minutes while I clean the other bits and pieces and then the gunk comes off that bit easier with a bit of scrubbing than it would if you were tackling burnt on dry stuff. It's not a miracle worker but certainly does make the job easier for me. It leaves my grill a bit shinier afterwards too.

Was effective. But you can get other effective cleaners at a lower price

This Weber BBQ grate cleaner does a solid job when it comes to cutting through grease and burnt-on residue.I’ve used it on fairly dirty grill grates and it works well with a bit of soaking time and light scrubbing — it loosens grime effectively and makes cleaning much easier compared to just using water or basic detergents.The formula itself seems strong but not overly harsh, and it doesn’t leave behind any unpleasant residue when rinsed properly. It’s definitely a step up from cheaper alternatives in terms of cleaning performance.The only downside is the spray trigger, which tends to get stuck or feel inconsistent during use. It can interrupt the flow when you’re in the middle of cleaning, which is a bit frustrating and takes away from an otherwise good product.Overall, the cleaner itself is very effective, but the packaging could be improved. Still worth buying for the performance, just be prepared for a slightly fiddly trigger.

Detergente davvero favoloso! Scioglie il grasso e le incrostazioni più ostinate in un baleno senza dover faticare ore a strofinare! Basta spruzzarlo, lasciarlo agire un attimo e la griglia torna brillante come appena uscita dalla scatola! Non lascia odori strani ed è super efficace su tutte le superfici del barbecue! Un mai più senza per ogni grigliata! Certo, costicchia, ma si paga la marca, si può trovare qualcosa anche a meno!

Ich war anfangs ehrlich gesagt skeptisch, weil der Weber Reiniger preislich natürlich eine andere Hausnummer ist als die Standard-Fettlöser aus dem Supermarkt. Nach der ersten Anwendung nach einer intensiven Grill-Saison muss ich aber sagen: Jeder Cent hat sich gelohnt!​Was mir besonders positiv aufgefallen ist:​Die Sprühfunktion: Der Sprühkopf vernebelt das Mittel extrem fein und funktioniert sogar problemlos über Kopf. Man kommt perfekt in jede noch so kleine Ecke des Rosts.​Die Reinigungsleistung: Wenn man dem Reiniger genug Zeit gibt, bewirkt er echte Wunder. Ich habe den Rost eingesprüht, in einen großen Müllbeutel gepackt und eine Stunde einwirken lassen. Danach ließ sich der eingebrannte Schmodder fast komplett ohne Kraftaufwand mit der Grillbürste herunterschieben.​Ergiebigkeit: Durch den feinen Nebel braucht man gar nicht so viel Produkt, die Flasche wird also eine ganze Weile halten.​Mein Tipp für das beste Ergebnis:Niemals auf den heißen Rost sprühen! Lasst den Grill komplett abkühlen, sprüht ihn ein und gebt dem Reiniger mindestens 30–45 Minuten Zeit zum Arbeiten. Danach einfach mit der Bürste drüber, gründlich mit klarem Wasser abspülen und der Rost sieht wieder aus wie neu.​Fazit:Wer keine Lust mehr auf stundenlanges, schweißtreibendes Schrubben hat, ist hier genau richtig. Von mir gibt es eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung und verdiente 5 Sterne!
