macOS Support Essentials 10.15 - Apple Pro Training Series: Supporting and Troubleshooting macOS Catalina

It’s just what I was looking for. A great refresher as well as reminding me of things that I had forgotten.

There is a lot of detail in this book. You have to read it more than once.

I don't do the exercise sections, but even those can be good reading.

The fact that Apple users need to spend $60 for this book tells you everything you need to know about the new Catalina operating system. Its an experiement in terror. Apple users who spend odooles of money on their Apple products, deserve better than a huge system that can barely function. If you should upgrade to this system you WILL lose hours and hours and hours of work. You wil even lose out on freelance jobs. You will lose money. My first MAC was a Quadra 650. Ive been updating Mac OS systems since 1996. This is the ABSOLUTE worse. A time has come for a competitor to enter this software field.

A good book if you are a novice, however if you have had experience of using a Mac then you may find it a little light on details.This book helps prepare for accreditation support exams. The author has written in a nice style and has lots of tables, diagrams and walkthroughs. Having used many different accreditation books I feel that this one doesn’t give enough hints to where more details may be found for those who want more information.I award three ⭐️⭐️⭐️
