I wear size 7 shoe. Should I get the extra small?

Hello, Your best bet is to go by the size chart. If you are women’s or men’s size 7 the extra small is likely the size you will require. If you are on the high end of the scale in Men’s shoe size, you may want to size up as it will be easier to fit and tighten as needed. If you get a size that is already too tight it will leave you little ability to further tighten it as needed and achieve a proper fit. It fits in a shoe. If your boot is already tight, perhaps not; but if it is a lace up boot or if it is a slip on boot with a little wiggle room - no problem.
