Oracal is always is the best vinyl ever!!! I must say this was ordered in Jan., 2020 and the vinyl wasn’t in the package.....after a month of writing reviews and texting—trying to receive another roll; I was again reading the reviews....one person said it may be rolled in with the film??? Me: hummm??? I called my daughter in England, (I’m in USA) and asked her to unroll the outer Film/transfer paper cover and see if the vinyl was rolled in with that roll?Oh Mom!!! No way!!! Oh my gosh!!!!She kept unrolling the outer layer and the silver vinyl WAS there!!! Inside!!!! Who would have thought??!!!!!! Ty for the Reviews!!

So I opened my package thinking I received a roll of transfer material and not the 15ft roll. I call in and the young lady ask me a series of questions that led me to find it covered, She was fun to talk too and very knowledgable about the product. I felt silly after lol.

I should only buy Oracle 651. It is the BEST

Good vinyl. Good price. The squeegee isn't my fave, but it was just a bonus item. I'm a big fan of this transfer sheet, especially for window decals

Item is confusing when it comes. Transfer paper is around it making it look like that is all it is.
