I took Centrum for years and when I went to order I got sidetracked as I usually do and found these. Seems like everything in these pills has higher daily requirements than centrum. Could be my imagination but after taking them for a month I seem to feel better. Word of caution if you have trouble taking pills these are really big.

So far, so good. Finally took the leap to go with natural multi vitamins. They smell different (than they counterparts), are large but easy to swallow. They definitely changed the color of my urine to a bright neon yellow but I am told that it's nothing to worry about! I will see in a few moths if they are worth the extra money.

Can feel a little boost in energy. Makes your pee bright yellow due to so much bit b12.

Great vitamin, doesn’t cause upset stomach, easy to swallow. Makes you feel alive and awake.

I have been taking it for several months and I feel great. Just a little hard to swallow sometimes, but I can deal with that. I like getting all of the vitamins and minerals, etc that I need. I am in fantastic health at almost 80 years old now and I want to keep taking Alive!

I feel good, one a day. I'm 55 and can tell when I miss a day.
