Very good multivitamin, I get virtually ZERO bad digestion side effects from this multivitamin, this is the only multivitamin that I feel good with and helps me hit my vitamin goals, and that’s incredible because a lot of the other multi vitamins react badly and frankly have WAYY too much multi vitamins, which is excessive and unnecessary because at most you should only have 100-110% dv for each vitamin, and that’s only for the ones where you require a lot, because some could be bad if you get too much, that’s why some don’t even have more than 50-70% dv, some vitamins require a lot, and other require less, it’s about balance, if you have too much, that will cause you to have a bad reaction in your stomach because they can irritate it, that’s exactly how I realized that this was due to some other brands putting WAYY to much of certain vitamins, and that can naturally cause stomach aches, bloating, you just in general feel horrible. Other brands would put like 700-1000% DV on some of the multivitamins, that’s unnecessary, I get that they need to make up for some bioavailability issues, since you don’t completely absorb 100% of it, but the goal of a multivitamin is to be a supplement, it’s meant to complement your diet, it’s more like insurance to make sure that you hit your goals, but food should be your main contributor to the multivitamin goal, not the multivitamins.

This product has the least amount of chromium picolinate that I could find in a "complete" multi. I wish I could find one, reasonably priced, without any, so that I could get my CP only with a proper meal maybe 45 minutes after a good exercise. Sometime around 2001 manufacturers began including chromium picolinate in their multi-vitamin-mineral supplements. Plus and Minus as follows. Plus: important everywhere in your body in all cells for starch-insulin metabolism. Minus: although in every cell with metabolism, it's "non-essential" because very little is needed and it seems to be in sufficient supply -- HOWEVER, no one seems to realize that it does a reset on your starch-insulin complex, such that you could lose weight and strength as easily as you could gain it, depending on your activities. In fact, you could get diabetes, gradually, if you took chromium supplements directly, as I did, without starches for it to work with. Chromium picolinate without starches to work with -- yes I repeated that -- reset my metabolism to lower and lower levels of blood sugar, so that my protein drinks were actually a danger to me, unless I included, guess what, some sort of starches, or just had a regularly balanced meal, after exercise to put the starch-insulin boost to good use. Oh, this about pills: if they seem difficult to swallow, try adding water into your mouth and then move your tongue around to get the pill surfaces all wet, really wet (but not soaked), so they slide down your throat (before dissolving). Ease of use. No texture worries.

Easy to take and hasn’t bothered my stomach. I like that it covers the basics without needing a bunch of separate vitamins. Been happy with it so far and would buy it again.
