So far so good. It doesn't make my urine all neon looking with a pungent smell unlike the other multis I've taken in the past 8 years. I've decided to switch and try out Centrum because it's cheaper by about $15 than the regular ones that I use. I'm not sure if it's actually effective as many people claim especially when they say it helped them get through their workouts and gives them energy. I feel about the same to be honest, but then again I don't want to have some sort of a placebo psychological mindset where "woah take this pill and your workouts/energy will be awesome". Overall, as long as it does its job of supplementing my vitamin needs, I'm happy with it. I eat a pretty well-balanced diet, workout regularly (bodybuilding and sprinter), but I feel that I'm not meeting enough of the entire recommended value of certain vitamins for my body--especially for folks who workout 6 days a week like myself. Mind you again, multivatimins supplement are meant to SUPPLEMENT what your body already has/can get. This isn't a full on replacement of "oh I can just skip vegetables, fruits, legumes, and less exposure to sunshe (aka Vitamin D) and take these!" Real food and real source is always the best go to instead of relying on pills, but overall, this product definitely helps.

Who doesn't need a helping hand when it comes to overall health? I bought these Centrum Men's (under 50) for an overall boost in mineral intake, and the price was right for the 200-pill bottle (mine have a 1/2018 expiration date). I occasionally take a PPI (Protonix) for GERD, and the Protonix inhibits Vitamin B-12 absorption, so what the heck? There are all kinds of so-called "expert" reviews damning mass-produced multi-vitamins out there, but most seem to be peddling other "organic" brands, and while those might be slightly better than Centrum in theory, these have been around for a long time and are often the ones recommended by doctors. For me, these are a gateway to maintaining good health, so it is what it is.

First of all, I'm not a very good eater. I'm a pretty picky 20 year old guy with a big sweet tooth so I figured I needed a multivitamin. Since using these, I've felt a bit more energized throughout the day and get through my workouts pretty well without feeling too tired after. I've been sleeping a bit better which is nice. I feel like I don't get as much anxiety as I used to. My skin is clearer (alongside washing everyday) and doesn't look quite as pasty, which is great with Spring just starting. They are kinda big, which isn't a problem for me, but it might be for some people. You can cut it in half, though, or crush it and mix with a drink. Also definitely take it with enough food and around the same time each day, or your stomach might not feel so good. When I first got them, I took them with just a banana and my stomach felt weird for like 30 minutes. Now I'll usually take them with lunch. If I don't take them with lunch, I'll usually try to take them with a protein shake and a snack after a workout.

I started taking the original Centrum 20 years ago and have been taking one almost every day ever since. On occasion, when on a special low carb diet, I would supplement with an extra half of one to compensate for missed nutrients. I've seen reviews before criticizing Centrum for low quality, but I have to tell you my diet has not been the greatest many times due to special dietary needs and my blood work has always been great except for the occasional low potassium (something that a very low carb diet has a big impact on since orange juice, bananas, and other fruits and vegetables were at times prohibited). I'm unique, I know. The point is with a bad diet, these vitamins have helped me maintain proper nutritional levels and kept me feeling good. There have been several days (while on vacation for instance) where I've missed a week and I can tell you (when eating protein and fat mostly) that I sure missed my Centrum and felt the difference. Thinking of starting Centrum Silver a few years before 50....just to stay ahead.

I have used Centrum Multivitamins for about six months overall they have worked great and I ordered my second bottle on Amazon. Stomach/Chest Pain: I had this issue for the first week of use after research I found the filler they use can make you feel sick until you are use to them. Taking with milk and or a large breakfast seemed to help. Overtime about a week the pain was completely gone. If the pain does not go away their are all natural vitamins with no filler that shouldn't have this issue. Expired ordering from Amazon: Mine expire August 2013 I have plenty of time to take 200 tablets if this happens to you I would defiently return them to Amazon. I also recommend taking Fish Oil along with this supplement because it lacks Omega 3 for heart health but this is not needed.

I have only had this product for just under a month. Seems to work really well for my male roommate who I ordered this for! Affordable and integral from what I understand about consumer and professional reviews on Centrum for as long as they have been on the market. Especially since 2011. Results are minor thus far.. but like most supplements and eat whole food based diets and including other lifestyle factors... results and it's effects are GENERAL cumulative at best. It might sound trite.. but this saying is as true today as it has been advertised in it's advent using this type of verbiage stipulation as far as I can tell you... And, this is coming from a self informed 34 year old female lay person on matters related to holistic health. But, even as a credentialed health practitioner this is still just as true in my field to date.
