First time trying this brand out and they work pretty darn good! No taste, easy to swallow, and they do not take long to start to work. Will probably buy again if I can get a good sale price.

I did not feel any improvement in my energy or skin improvement. But I was really taking this for gut health. I also like the quality of this brand. I did switch to another probiotic by the same company. This dose is 2 times a day and the one I am taking now is one a day.

I’ve been using this probiotic consistently and have really noticed a difference in my digestion. These are working well for me. They are gluten free & easy to swallow. I do not notice any aftertaste or negative effects from them. I like that they include cranberry too. They are a good value as well.

Best probitic ever. Try taking it at same time everyday. Helps with digestion, vaginal health, works efficiently from first day if taking it. Only side effect is increase in bowel movements which is good.
