These seem to really help with stomach bloat. My stomach is pretty flat now. I have IBS and haven't had many symptoms after months of taking these. Doctor's Recipes Women's Probiotic, 60 Caps 50 Billion CFU 16 Strains is a good probiotic. It's easy to take and did not cause any side effects. I did not feel any improvement in my energy or skin improvement. But I was really taking this for gut health. I also like the quality of this brand. I did switch to another probiotic by the same company. This dose is 2 times a day and the one I am taking now is one a day.

I definitely felt a difference with my gut health after taking these I felt like my stomach health was being supported and no it didn’t make me feel sick or upset it was great !!

So I have had back acne for some years and noticed that after taking this probiotic for months my acne was cleared. I also noticed my flora more cleaner , I used to sweat more down there if you know what I mean. The down side to lack of moisture down there but it may be related to age. Not sure. Also cleaner vowels, doesn't smell as bad as it used too at all. TMI but true and very important to report. Been taking this for more than 4 years. I tried a different supplement few months ago because it had other interesting ingredients and I regret it, I noticed the difference 100% so I'm not going to use another probiotic again.

For the first deek, i withnessed little diarrhea and nausea, but after this, no more bloading, gaz, and i do personally beleive that it helped me regulate my appetite thus i feel now lighter and little slimmer.... Do you beleive it?
