Carpathian Healer Buckwheat Honey

This is the best honey, great taste, rich and pure, and what is also great is the people behind it, who back this up. We consume quite a bit of honey in our household and this has always been our go-to honey. We used to buy it in a shop, but the service from this Amazon seller, packaging and speedy delivery is outstanding and hard to beat! We had a small unimportant issue with an order that was very quickly fixed up by the seller, who definitely backs up the product. Fantastic client service.

Love this hone for plain Greek yogurt, generally doesn't thin out the yogurt like traditional honeys and is just the right amount of sweetness. I said generally because on occasion there will be a batch this is thinner and runnier than others but it still tastes great.

I used to buy this buckwheat honey before, and it was excellent — rich, dark, flavorful, and exactly what I expected from buckwheat honey. Unfortunately, the last jar I received was very strange. The color looked earthy and muddy, and the taste did not seem like buckwheat honey at all. It does have a honey smell, but the flavor is not the same as before and not what I expected from this product. I’m disappointed because I liked this honey in the past, but based on this last jar, I would be careful when ordering.

This buckwheat honey EXCEEDED my hopes after reading about it. The flavor profile far EXCEEDS Manuka honey and my research reading says Buckwheat honey has more antioxidants and other health benefits. I won't bother throwing away money on Manuka again; Buckwheat is where the consumer should go. It's also from Ukraine, which I am personally interested to realize that, and to support their economy. Buckwheat honey is so amazingly dark and very rich flavor profile. This purchase is a great value in addition to the benefits. You can look online for more, but trust this consumer, you will notice the vast difference in its quality. P.S. I forgot to also mention something that I feel is important, health wise; this Buckwheat Honey is IN A GLASS JAR, not another plastic one. I find comfort knowing unknown plastic chemicals won't be leaching into the food I purchased for health reasons.

Very good Honey. Love the taste, only negative is after 1 month the bottom becomes crystalized

This honey has a very strong, almost molasses like flavor that I love in tea and coffee. I see that some reviewers have complained about crystallization. That is something that can happen with raw honey, and I've gotten a jar of this with crystallization before, but the honey still tastes good and dissolves in a hot drink. The latest jar I ordered is perfect - thick and smooth, with no graininess at all. I think a little inconsistency is just the trade off when you buy a totally natural, unprocessed product.

This is absolutely delicious!!!!! I love to add it to my oatmeal, but having a tablespoon raw sends me into an exalted state of euphoria. Previously, I thought Manuka was the best tasting honey I have ever had, but this rivals the taste, and is far less expensive. And, while I cannot attest to the health claims, I have read Buckwheat honey has even greater health benefits than Manuka. I cannot attest to those health claims being true or not. But, for the taste and cost alone, this buckwheat honey is well worth it.

I really like the quality of this brand of honey. I have bought (and loved) this one and the Linden. This is so good that I like to use it to cover sliced lemons and ginger and store in jars. Great for tea or cereal. The taste is a bit stronger than some other types of honey.
