new, in factory packaging
My friend had lost her AC power supply cord for her Gypsy. I ordered it for her and it came promptly. There was no question that it was the right product since it was an original Cricut product in their packaging. Amazon is very reliable and trustworthy, as always.

I did not receive the original "Gypsy" charger, it was a Samsung charger that did not fit into my Gypsy machine
I was very upset when i received this make-shift charger. They advertise it as a Gypsy power supply, but was not. I ended up have to order the actual Gypsy charger through Cricut for $29.00. Much more money then i wanted to spend. But for $6.00 I guess i got what i paid for...wrong one.
