Better than expected
I got this card to put into a spare rig that would be used for occasional gaming. I wasn't expecting much but it turned out really well. I also have a few other 16xx series cards so this can be a fair comparison. The build quality is excellent. The heatsink is heavily overspecified for the expected heat output, which means temps stay low. I've not seen anything above 70C, in an environment where every other card goes past the 80C mark when pushed. Using custom shader programs I'm able to push it to 72C and no more, with the fan speed staying below 50% at all times even with the card hitting 110% of power target. There's thermal contact with the VRAM and the VRMs using pads and I've actually had problems trying to force the card to drop its turbo speed, which it never really seems to do, consistently staying above 1950MHz.The closest card in my collection for a comparison is the GTX1660 from Inno3D, which only bests it because of the higher VRAM. It is of much worse build quality, has a lightweight heatsink with much poorer efficiency, and feels much lighter and more delicate. It also throttles under very heavy load, a behaviour that is missing in the Gigabyte. Using like to like gaming, the 1650S obviously suffers when you hit the 4GB VRAM ceiling but otherwise maintains closer to max FPS for a full hour. The Inno3D drops like a rock after 20 minutes, coming so close to the cheaper card that it almost makes no sense to spend the difference. There are a few issues with the Gigabyte 1650S that damp its sheen. Apart from the VRAM being a problem for texture-heavy games, the present pricing and availability issues means you should be looking at a 1660 Super or TI (or the 5500XT if you prefer AMD). The RX580 has similar performance and much higher VRAM, at the cost of power requirements and heat dissipation, and requires both a better power supply and good case cooling. The Gigabyte's fan control is quite wacky. I've seen long periods of zero fan speed while gaming as the core gets hotter, and then the fan will spin up. To maximum speed for second. The card emits a shriek when this happens, which can be disconcerting depending on what you're doing in the game. The backplate is plastic and I'd rather they would have left it open for better heat dissipation from the back, though the cooling is already pretty good.I managed to get this just under 14k with discounts, so was quite pleased with my purchase. Gigabyte did a good job this time around, which is a big change from their forays into Pascal and Vega.

Just get it, but plastic body, smh.
Turing architecture with high bandwidth and cuda cores in just 13,000 it's a must buy budget gaming graphics card, but the quality of plastic is really dull kinda unexpected from gigabyte.

No other GPU under 15K can beat GTX 1650 Super!!! Period
I ordered this card during lockdown and I got it in 4 days... I bought it for roughly INR 16K from Amazon.in but I know that it's cheaper in market.... somewhere between 13- 14K.. but as there was no market during lockdown so I had to order it from Amazon.... overall great experience.... Packaging could be better as box was damaged a little bit from the edges but everything inside was fine thanks to gigabyte's packaging... It has alternate fans which is a great feature IMO... nothing really fancy about the aesthetic part of the fan.... it's quite big which might bean issue for some ppl but it was fine by me... I highly recommend this card for 1080p budget gaming and I'm getting 50-60 fps in all modern games like Metro Exodus, COD Warzone, AC Odyssey etc..

Great Value for performance, 100% recommend to get over 1650 and 1050ti
The gpu is great for this price range. Remember to buy a smps with it, i got a 550w antec smps and both of them works great. The packaging was good.
