To change the TX/RX port simply unscrew the connection cable from the upper port on the NanoVNA and reconnect it to the lower port.

As I understand it, you can extend the range of the device by a firmware update. But there is a resulting decrease in performance. It’s a free update if you so choose. Wayne N4EYZ

This is an add-on to the other answers that may prevent damage. Quote from specs. on this product page: "maximum charging current 0.8A" In other words, this may get damaged if more than a 1 amp USB charger is used.
