Screen Cracked Spontaneously and No Support from Seller or Amazon
I purchased the iPad 6th Gen and it was fine on arrival. I took great care of it — it was always used with a screen protector and a sturdy case. After only about six weeks, the screen spontaneously cracked. There was no drop or damage caused by me. When I contacted the seller, they were rude and dismissive, insisting that I must have damaged or misused the product — which is completely untrue. They refused to help in any way. I then reached out to Amazon customer service, but the experience was equally frustrating. I had to explain the situation repeatedly to different representatives, and no one offered a clear or consistent solution. Now I’m left with a defective iPad, no refund, and no support. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of accountability from the seller and Amazon.

Budget supplementary tool in excellent condition
Bought as budget supplementary tool for my boat navigation software as the old one i pad 3 is not compatible anymore with 95% or more apps.

The iPad is in good condition can’t fault it, but does take a very long time to charge, just have to charge it overnight, only had it one day, so not had much use, time will tell, delivery was excellent

Fantastic service, great product
Bought to help with the new home schooling of the kids. Works well to surf the net, listen to audiobooks and watch things. Ordered in the morning delivered the next day at lunchtime. Product looks great without any noticeable scratches and the battery life seems to be fine as well. Very glad about my purchase.

10.2inch 7th Edition Amazing IPad - Seller was lovely and went out there was to add a good gesture in their package. The iPad was in amazing condition! When it said excellent I expected a little chip but absolutely nothing! Excellent value.

Ho preso questo iPad per mio papà, non avendo mai comprato rigenerati ero molto scettico ma visto il costo basso e l'utilizzo ho voluto provare..che dire, l'iPad è perfetto, valentissimo è mio papà felice. Amazon poi una garanzia!

This is NOT an Ipad 2019, it's ipad 2018
This ipad is dvertised as Ipad 2019, which should be 7th GEN. The Ipad is 6th Gen so it's from 2018 and NOT upgradable anymore to IOS 18. It's also full of finger prints, it's not charging well. I do understand refurbished but this is very bad.
