Can a flat canvas fit in this frame?

You can display textiles up to about 1/4" thick with this frame. A thin, flat canvas should work just fine. If it is a heavy canvas, you may need to secure it with something a little stronger than the adhesive provided, like a command 3m poster strip.

Can you put 10 by 10 print in them?

For the 11"x13" frames, the standoff bolts on the 11" side are 9.5" apart. A 10"x10" print would need to be trimmed on that side around the bolts and the margins around the print would be uneven. It would *technically* fit, but is not recommended. The suggested print size for these frames is 8"x10"
