Great puzzle toy
This toy is very entertaining. I'll admit it took me a minute to figure out. My dog was pretty good at it. Which finally proves- she's not dumb, she's just incredibly stubborn. It has multiple difficult puzzles that actually take her a second to complete unlike most puzzle toys. And you can switch up the puzzle and the difficulty which is great!

This works pretty good for puppies
I'm surprised how good this works to slow down my fast eating puppy. Toward the end, she starts to get upset and wants to find the treats or dry food. At that point it's no longer a fun toy but a mission, haha! That's when I jump in and help her out. It's fun doing this with her. I can see we will continue to use this for ever how long it last. It's a pretty good design. Very pleased. We don't use it every day but will use a few times a week.

My cocker ♥️ this! Perfect for breed specific dogs.
My cocker is obsessed with the Trixie pinwheel model, and will spin it non-stop until I take it away. I like this a little better because treats don't fall out as quickly/easily.Unfortunately, the holes aren't adjustable. That's the limitation with all models, including knockoffs of the Trixie toys. If the holes had adjustable slides, I'd never have to take the toy away, because it's the challenge of the spinning - the treat, secondary. In other interactive puzzles, he's level 4 & advanced. I wouldn't rate this as a Level 2, more like a level 3.Beyond 30-35 lbs will knock the toy over. The dog's height should be even, or below the top of the top of the toy.Medium sporting, herding breeds who've started on treat balls, other interactive games, will take this quickly.Larger dogs, other breeds (terriers, for example), newbies, are more likely to be frustrated, and become destructive. This is not a toy for them. Please don't blame the toymaker. My breed usually doesn't like kongs, chew or tug toys. I'm not going to blame the maker. My suggestion is to go by what types you've observed your dog likes. With Amazon making it more and more difficult to return products, we as consumers will have to rely on each other's recommendations before purchasing.

Can't beat the price if you have smaller dogs
This is my 2nd one, which was bought for my mom's dogs. They absolutely love it when they come to my house. I live that they have to get their nose off the floor to figure it out and that there are more than 1 tube that they have to flip (think about). My only thumbs down isn't a big deal but would be the hard base. The treats fling off this base and can end up anywhere in the room. I think if it wasn't so hard, they wouldn't have to walk away from the activity or have to fight over who get the "reward" (It's usually the other dog waiting to chase where they fly off to). It doesn't flip over unless they run into it which doesn't happen often, although our dogs are all under 15 lbs. Imnsure if a bigger dog were to use this, it wouldn't stand up well and may break. It was easy to put together, and functions very well. Our dogs think this is the most fun toy out of all the interactive togs we have (which is A LOT).

He was confused, I was amused!
The media could not be loaded. This toy was quite well made, the materials are solid and once assembled, its very sturdy! Super easy to put together too. It comes with two kinds of lids for the test tubes, three little holes (intermediate/ difficult) and one big hole (beginner/easy). So the actual toy was really nice. There was only one problem...for some inexplicable reason...my dog (3 yr/ 20lb/ shorkie) was afraid of it! He's used lots of puzzle / game toys in the past, but for some reason this one weirded him out.No matter what I did, I couldn't get him to even try moving the test tubes. The farthest I got was having him eat a treat off the edge of a test tube once or twice (hence the video, there's a piece of chicken sitting on the top). Mostly he would just growl at the toy or eye it suspiciously, and then run away. I would describe his overall attitude as agitated skepticism with a hint of annoyance...specifically toward me! (As if saying "what the heck is this thing??")I will say the customer service was pretty good. And I definitely got some personal entertainment watching my dog run around and growl at the toy that was just sitting there. (:

definitely recommend! great way to bond with your dog.
The media could not be loaded. So fun! A great way to keep the puppy occupied and engaged for a little bit. It took her about 5 minutes to reveal all the treats. This is not her first toy like this though, so she has had some practice on an easier one first.I had to speed up the video x2 to make it small enough to upload, so I'm sorry for that! It did remove the audio. It's a pretty quiet game except for cheering on the puppy and congratulating their successes. The directions do say to begin and end with signal phrases, to initiate play and then to release them / finish the activity. And of course to praise your dog a bunch throughout to make it a positive experience. At the end finishing with a final treat to quietly punctuate the end of the game. For under $10, this is a fun activity to bond with your dog, and IMO is totally worth it. We will use it many times just as we did the one before.

Challenging and takes a little bit longer to play
If you play puzzles with your dog and you're looking for something that is more challenging and takes time to play this is it. I also love that it comes apart easily to clean!

Perfect
We got this to prevent our doxie from eating too fast and choking on her food (the regular slow eater bowls did not work), and it did a great job of slowing her down. Highly recommend for fast eaters! It’s also hilarious watching her constantly tip the jars for the food to sprinkle on the ground. Hehe
