Needed a new pos printer and this one works perfectly! Easy to setup with our pos system and the print quality is great!

We purchased this printer because of its network capability. In our office we have a POS laptop, that gets used at multiple desks. With the network feature, as long as the laptop is logged in to wifi, this printer works flawlessly. We did have a little issue getting it configured properly, but that was before I contacted the company. I simply visited their website, requested help, and within 30 minutes the printer worked perfectly... So while the printer is great, the service was phenomenal...

Easy installation and seamless integration with my POS software. I did have to disassemble the cash drawer to reinstall the rollers within their tracks, as it would not open when received.

Purchased this receipt printer and cash drawer to replace an old serial/parallel combo. Was having an issue with the print output format. Just happened to receive and email from these folks asking if everything was ok and provided POC in case there were issues. I replied that I was in fact having a problem, provided them with the POS program I was using and 8 hours later they replied with a fix which I applied. Works great now.

I bought this to work with my Lightspeed POS system. I checked the list of systems it would not work with and it was not on there. I inserted the so called "Installation Disk" and it was just a handful of random pictures. There was a girl in a field and some flowers. There were no other instructions. When I plugged it in ,y laptop starting installing it, it showed up on my printers but as a local usb and when I would try to print from it, it would not show up on the printers list. I tried to call the actual company that makes the printers and unless you use their POS system they will not help you. I have tried several printer to try to get them to work and it has been a nightmare. I would not suggest buying this printer unless you are using the revel systems POS.

Good Printer at the right price. It did not work initially with the supplied driver - but the support team worked non stop on the problem until it was fixed. It took a few days to get it up and running, but as I said the support team went over and above what was needed to get the problem solved and us up and running. It is a well made printer, should last a long time.

This POS system works great with my retail software. I needed Tech support with the setup and this company replied within 24 hours. Provided the support I needed and the system was up and running. Great customer service.

Purchased this machine 2 months ago. Worked fine until a few weeks ago. When I opt to print, it states an error and won't print the full receipt.Update- tech support was able to get me updated and fixed.
