George Foreman Small Electric Fit Grill, Non-Stick Plates, Black, 25800

This George Foreman is small. The listing gives the dimensions. I knew how big it was going to be before I ordered it. I just didn’t realise how small small actually was. There is room to cook two rashers of bacon side by side but… the bacon was longer than the grill so had to grill the rashers folded in half. The small George Foreman had no problem grilling them. What I like.. It’s compact, it’s healthy, it’s quick. It does what it’s supposed to do. It’s really easy to clean, I just use a wet cloth on the plates then use kitchen towel to dry them. The grilled food tastes delicious and has less fat ‘cause it drains into the drip tray. It has no manual temperature control which is good for me ‘cause I wouldn’t know what to set it at. What I dislike.. I don’t dislike anything about this small George Foreman. Am I glad I bought it even though it’s small? Yes I am. For me personally, the next size up would be too big. I’d be heating plate space that I wouldn’t be using. It is worth what I paid for it.

This small electric grill has become a daily staple in our kitchen. I regularly use it to make delicious sourdough toasties and to revive older bread—anything toasted in this turns out amazing! It’s also vastly superior to a frying pan for crisping up wraps, and it grills halloumi cheese perfectly without making a massive mess. My husband even uses it to cook homemade burgers, and it handles them effortlessly. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and saves us so much time and cleanup. We have absolutely zero complaints.

The grill itself is brilliant. Heats up very quickly and cooks very well. The downside is the stupid little “drip tray” which is supposed to fit on the front. It is a very sloppy fit and falls off every time you pick the grill up. If I could I would give 5 stars to the grill itself and zero stars to the drip tray

i love how compact this is and it is perfect for a panini or a grilled chicken breast.. i dont know why other reviews say it doesnt stand up as it does but you have to wrap the lead around the back between the hooks provided.

Excellent for so many things, I initially purchased to replace a bulky toastie machine I gave to my son. This little machine does perfect toasties, but the best part is it is so slim making it easy to fit away in a cupboard. Just a quick wipe to clean. Great buy 100 percent recommend.

I bought this as a replacement for our very old sandwich toaster, which started shedding its nonstick coating. I bought this one because I wanted one without the square divisions, which limit the type of bread you can use. This will take slices of a bloomer shaped loaf without any problem and it does the toasting very well. I was hopeful it would also be useful as a small grill, but this has been less successful. For a start, the lid/upper grill plate is very light and is loosely hinged. It feels like it could break off very easily. I have tried it on, for example, panini, and it just isn't heavy enough to press the bread flat. All it did was push the top slice and some of the filling off onto the lower plate. I've tried sausages for the time it says in the leaflet and they were nowhere near cooked, had to slice them in half lengthways to finish. Cleaning is easy for toasted sandwiches, but anything else makes a mess. I now have a j-cloth specially for cleaning it, but I can't see me using it as a grill in the future. Very pleased for the purpose I bought it for, but disappointed with it as a grill.

Really impressed with this small George Foreman grill. I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews about the “loose” lid and the tray not clipping on. Turns out… the lid is supposed to move, so it can actually accommodate different sized food. And the tray? It slides in the bottom! 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, it’s a great little grill. So far, I cooked a pork shoulder chop, and you could probably fit two on there. Tried a cheese toastie too, which was done in literally a minute or two. Does the job for me!.

Bisher (gestern bekommen und bisher 3 Sandwiches gemacht) bin ich sehr angetan! Ich muss zugeben, ich hatte vorher schon 5 andere Sandwichmaker/Kontaktgrills bestellt und alle entweder enttäuscht (schlechtes Material, bereits beschädigt) oder gar angeekelt (Qualm und Gestank, der einfach nicht verschwinden wollte) zurück gesendet. Dieser Grill ist anders, den werde ich behalten 👍😃 Er kam in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir an. Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme gab es keine Qualmentwicklung, obwohl sogar in der Gebrauchsanleitung davor gewarnt wird, dass es passieren kann. Es gab lediglich einen leichten Neu-Geruch, der aber nach 10 Minuten verschwunden war. Der Grill macht insgesamt einen wertigen und stabilen Eindruck. Mir gefällt, dass er Kontrollleuchten hat und sogar einen Ein/Aus-Schalter, was in der Preisklasse wirklich selten ist. Nun zu den Sandwiches. Sehr gleichmäßig gebräunt und sehr schmackhaft. Selbst das erste hatte keinen üblen Neu-Geruch oder Geschmack. Vom Hersteller aus gibt es 2 Jahre Garantie, die durch Produktregistrierung auf 3 Jahre verlängert werden kann. Er ist schon relativ klein. Da es nirgends steht und ich es auch mit Google nicht finden konnte … die Netto-Größe der Grillfläche ist nur ca. 16,5 x 16cm groß. So, jetzt freue ich mich auf mein erstes Steak und werde dann noch mal ein Update schreiben.

Also, für 30€ hat das Ding sich absolut gelohnt. Seit anderthalb Jahren regelmäßig im Einsatz. Hauptsächlich, um Brötchen usw. zu rösten, aber auch für Grillgemüse. Einfach zu reinigen und die Beschichtung hält noch.

This was shipped from the United Kingdom (England) so I could not plug it into an Australian 240V AC power outlet. Now I have to take it to the Post Office to send it back for a credit. How Amazon overlooked this problem is beyond me. Maybe because it is NOT rocket science?
