Ube flavor has essence of pulple yam, similar to sweet potato yam, but not sweet

Why is it labeled ube flavor when there’s no ube extract or flavor listed in the ingredients? Ube is a tuber and definitely not a sweet potato.

It’s similar to imitation vanilla extract where the flavor is the same but since it doesn’t use real ube it’s significantly cheaper
