Yes. It stays on until you take it off. I have used it for years and I love it. My eyes tend to water and I don't have to worry about my mascara running and giving me black eyes.

Not sure but it is Hypoallergenic and suitable for contact lens wearers and It doesn’t flake. This is far superior to most mascaras on the market! The price is very reasonable as well.
