Only massager I can use after spine surgery!
I had a cervical disc replacement 2 years ago. I can NOT use a lot of massagers because they have knobs that push into the neck (which would normally feel great, but hurt horribly for me). So, I hinted to my kids that THIS would be great for Christmas, ESPECIALLY with the HEAT feature!!! I was right!!!! It's AMAZING!!!!! HELPS ME SO MUCH!!!! Just remember that you have to use the plug to use the heat feature. Lol

The only improvement for this item would be to have it operate via rechargeable batteries.

Great product!
This neck massager is a quality product. It is very well made and it works as described. By the way, I believe at the time i purchase this, it was $20 cheaper on Amazon compared to Walmart!
