Good knife at this price. Yes it’s from PRC but it’s made with good materials. Razor sharp out of the box and it holds an edge. The handle is comfortable and the blade shape is versatile and easy to use. I recommend it

We bought this to remove the silver skin from ribs after mangling several racks. Although not the advertised purpose of this boning knife, it did a great job for this and many other tasks requiring a quality knife that holds its edge. Unlike many of the other knives in our kitchen, this one is only used for boning or for filleting and then promptly cleaned and put back into its sheath and returned to the drawer. The blade is the right heft and thickness to use in filleting without creating a shredded mess. A dull knife is probably the most dangerous thing in your kitchen. This knife is still sharp after many uses (and we don't use the cheap sharpener on it. It remains sharp, smooth and safe as it did the day we received it. If you have a drillmaster in your family, this would be a perfect gift; it's functional but it looks like a gourmet tool. Take some time to research how to maintain a quality knife while you wait for Amazon to deliver it.

Fantastic knife. It is sturdy, yet comfortable. The sharpest knife I've ever purchased. It's not too heavy and dishwasher safe. But mostly, a great value. I've paid twice as much for half the knife. I'd buy this again and again for gifts. Beyond happy with this one.

This is a nice knife! The craftsmanship is superb and balance/feel is amazing. I was hoping it would be sharper than what it is but it will get the job done. Since it's new, I don't know about the longevity of the edge but it does look very sturdy and will be sharp for a while. For the money, you can't beat this price-to-quality ratio. I wish it was sharper but if I needed another one, I would probably buy this one again. Also, the box it came in was very nice and very sturdy so there is almost no chance of it being damaged in transit. The one option I didn't see in the description was if it came with a sheath or not...IT DOES! It should be well documented but since I didn't see it, I purchased more. It's a plastic sheath but it's still decent quality. Overall, I really love this knife.

This knife is sharper than your mother in-laws tongue partner. Wow. Well built, well balanced, feels good in the hand. Weather your deboning chicken, removing the membrane on a rack of baby backs or just cutting up breasts or thighs it cuts through everything like butter. I have some decent mercer knives that cost a lot more than this knife did and I gotta tell ya I'm sure this knife is going to give me years of service. For the money this is a great knife for all around kitchen use.

Excellent item, I have big hands and the grip is still good. The knife holds a great edge and it’s a convenient size. It’s my go to knife for trimming meat like chicken or pork tenderloin, works great.

This knife is heavenly to use and makes deboning duck a doddle. It's the best knife I own and I lust after more in the range. Honestly, I don't see how one could improve on it so it's definitely good value.
