Solid product for the price
Great little staple gun, especially for the price.Easy to use and load, convenient carrying case, and three types of staples included. It's fairly heavy and durable. The rubber hand grip may peel off if you use it heavily, but it's easy to pop back into place.I wouldn't use it on anything thicker than wood as it is definitely a light duty gun. But if you need a cheap basic staple gun to tack a few arts and crafts together, or attach something to a wooden wall, you can't go wrong here.

Staple gun is great
Staple gun great but only gave 4 stars because the remover stinks and the case arrived broken other than that. The staple gun works great

Perfect!!
I have wanted a stapler for the many household and craft projects I enjoy. I have owned this one for quite some time. I wanted to get a feel for it before posting a review. I have only used it on small projects and looking forward to using it more. So far I am pleased. This stapler is simple to operate, lightweight and easy to handle, yet powerful! Most tools are typically reviewed by men who know way more about them than the average woman. I hope my review from a woman's perspective helps other women. I would definitely recommend this particular stapler to anyone.

For a compact manual staple gun this one has a lot of penetrating power...
I was planning to reupholster some chairs that I have in the kitchen and was looking for a compact but powerful staple gun that I could use. I purchased this one and was immediately impressed with the ease of use and with the penetrating power. The staple gun comes with three different types of staples including a standard rectangular, a U-type and a T-type. I am only planning to use the rectangular ones but I loaded each type, in turn, so see how easy it would be to load the gun. It was a breeze... Then I tested the penetrating power, which is where these small staple guns often fall short. Even at half the penetrating power setting (controlled with a large screw that can be turned by hand) the staple gun penetrated through a quarter inch of wood without any problems. There is no question that reupholstering these chairs with a thin leather fabric will be a breeze. The staple gun also comes with a sturdy staple remover.

Will work for small jobs.
Bottom line - Did a decent job for securing Velcro strips to a pine bed (side rails and slats). The staple removal tool works (well if the staples are recessed). The reason for three stars is the poor quality / craftsmanship. It’s very unreliable. I only was able to get through 15 or so wider staples before the “hammer” (not sure what it’s called) shifts to one side and causes the staples to fold up on the surface and be ruined (the picture is after it was moved back some, normally it’s flush against the one side). I had to take pliers every 3-4 staples done to recenter the “hammer” in order to get the staples to drive into the pine. I haven’t tried the narrow staples or brads. They might work fine, I don’t know.If you need a dependable tool that will get regular use or for a larger job, go with something else.

Good for lots of stuff
I’ve had this for about a year now. I’ve used it for all kinds of projects and just randomly. It’s a really high quality set, no issues at all. The carrying case is similar in size to most wrench and screw tool sets so I just have it in my stack of tool boxes, almost seems like it was meant to be put away like that.

Misfires constantly + Impossible to use (if you have small hands)
Buy a different product. It's easy to load staples but that's where the positive review stops. (1) The thing misfires constantly. Maybe 1/10 staples is successful. The other 9 bend and have to be removed. There's no jam or obvious reason for 9 of every 10 staples misfiring. I've tried moving the knob to different degrees, doesn't help. This gun is horrible and useless. (2) It is EXTREMELY difficult to press the lever down to use. I can barely get the job done with TWO hands. I read in another review that you need the strength of 1,000 suns to get one staple out. I think that's an accurate assessment. My hand is bruised after fighting with this for 30 minutes. I think this gun only works when operated vertically, but that would require one-handed use. Putting pressure down on the knob, as in the picture, does't help. This is definitely not something a smaller person can use. I suppose it's good for the price if you have enormous hands and enjoy stressing your hand muscles out. Otherwise, I sincerely wish I splurged a few more bucks for something that won't give me arthritis by time I'm done with it. I will be returning this.

Good Heavy Duty Unit
The Shot Spring Increase option, is helpful. I can't see it used often, as it's soley subject to the timber hardnessIf you grew up using an Arrow T 50 , and the staple crown didn't "bottom out" you would use a staple w/a shorter leg, or you'd tap it w/an hammer. That approach can not be used, with a stretched fabric, as the "bridge" of the staple is the holding mech. Especially with a sheer cloth... The legs of the staple, only positions the bridge/crownA cable staple cannot be hammer assisted. A Shielded cable MAY lessens the issue. I have yet to see a cable staple that is available w/different leg measurementsThe REXBETI, seem to be able to use any U, T, or Staple, unlike The Arrow, which is purpose built, to sell one for each applicationSimply, Glad I found the unit, look forward to using it.. IT certainly won't break your budget

Great product
I needed to upgrade my staple gun as I stretch my own canvases, it took a few go’s to get used to it but once I got the hang of it, it works really well!
