Crushed cookies
WE LOVE THESE COOKIES. The cookie CRUMBLES were delicious. Why CRUMBLES??? Because the 3 other HEAVY ITEMS were packed ON TOP of the 2 bags of cookies?!!! WHO DOES THAT????? Amazon packing fail. Yes, I know you won't publish this remark. You SHOULD but I know you won't. Maybe you should address the issue & put bagged cookies, etc in a box so they won't get crushed.

Not overly sweet
I only got two whole cookies the rest were broken. They have that slight salty taste and not overly sweet. I wonder if thereโs something they could do to preserve them whole like chips ahoy so that they donโt breakโฆ They taste is delicious but if youโd rather purchase these instead than have some homemade or fresh local store bought then purchase these. ๐ช

Don't taste good
My family used to love these cookies, but either the quality or the recipe has changed and they're not good now. Of the last dozen bags I purchased, from several different retailers over a period of several months, with different lot numbers and expiration dates (all unexpired), four of the bags were as expected and edible. The rest were terrible, stale and somewhat chewy, with a strangely too-sweet taste that resembled artificial sweetener. I complained to the company and they sent a refund for several bags, asking me to give the cookies another chance. I did, several times, really hoping they'd correct the problem; unfortunately it seems this is just how these cookies are now. The customer service response was exceptional, but Sausalitos are no longer good cookies and I won't be buying them again.

Broken cookies
This cookie is so much smaller than it used to be. The package was a little crushed and the cookies were broken .
