Great plate! Easy to use and clean.

This is even more beautiful in person. It will look great in my mid century kitchen. We’ve used it for tomatoes, strawberries, and garlic so far and it puréed everything smoothly. Best for single serving quantities or smaller ingredient amounts. It would make a good gift.

I really like the ease of grating the garlic on this device, however, the small brush continues to shed bristles and no way do I want these in my food. They definitely need a better quality brush. I have to use a small silicone brush to remove the grated garlic, takes a little more time because the bristles are so flexible.

So late in the game on this item. I can quickly break this down and less mess than my chopper! Luv love this for my oil for bread dipping

The plate works great. Used it for garlic, herb, olive oil oil dip. But as another review said, throw the brush in the garbage if you use it pieces of the brush wind up in your olive oil oil and you’re throwing it away. I opened a brand, new toothbrush, and I used that because the garlic gets stuck on the plate. You would need to move it around.

I saw one of these on Facebook advertised via another site. They wanted $40 for theirs with all the same things this one comes with. I love this plateN I've used it so many times since I bought it!
