Peach Apricot Chardonnay (Island Mist)

Love it, very good served as cold as possible. I added about 16 ounces of vodka at the end of secondary fermentation to kick up the alcohol content. Doesn’t really need to age like the more complex wines, ready to drink after you bottle it.

It was a super easy kit to use for our first time making wine. It was backsweetened, so it pretty much tasted like juice and had a very low alcohol content compared to commercial wine. It was fun to give as gifts.

A nice refreshing social "wine" served well chilled and with ice if desired.

Delicious and easy to make. Added a bit of sugar to increase starting gravity and ultimately the alcohol content.
