Are you supposed to wear this over or under the CPAP headgear?

It seems to be designed to be worn under the head gear. I wear it under the head gear/mask. Over the head gear would be cumbersome

I find it odd that there are no pictures of a c-pap being used! Does it really work with a c-pap machine?
