great book! needed it for school and thins was the best price and in great condition!

Its a typical textbook nothing too exciting but it was useful in the course and easy to use. Layout was good, explanation was great.

The permanent updating of the contents and the imparciality of the text certainly contributes to keep this book as a reference guide for anyone working or involved in management.

The intuition is great. I do not like how they covered options; too many words to explain simple concepts. I would prefer they box-off formulas. They did not make clear the difference between WACC and return on assets early on. Only in the middle of the text did it become clear that these concepts are slightly different. This is confusing for a beginner.
