Laser settings, when properly employed, can be varied to change the denim shades and even color. By varying the pulses per minute on your laser machine, the color can be changed from indigo to white. Within a design for the denim patch, the color transition can be abrupt or much like fading (with the techniques provided in the Instructions). The denim de-colorizing on your laser engraver can, using the Instructions, set for one-of-a-kind pieces or high-quantity production rates. This starter kit will provide the training needed to advance from the patches provided, to directly laser engraving blue jeans--such as adding larger artwork or a simple-very high quality--stone wash effect. Further, indepth instructions, provide techniques to create texture by slightly penetrating the denim threads.
