When it comes to "beauty" pills, biotin is queen! But even then, having hair and nails grow aren't the only expectations from biotin- we also have been told it is helpful for skin. I can feel a difference in my mood. Also it helps regulate you too. I didn't take two at once as I normally see how one makes me feel. I space it out. Once early in the day and the second one later on in the day. It makes a difference for me.*Easy to swallow.* Not bad tasting and very good quality because it has fermented biotin(high levels), so be cautious with skin break outs as high levels produce breakouts for some people. Not for me.* Drank plenty of water during the day and I found this to be helpful.

I got these vitamins because they contain a good amount of biotin per serving. They don’t upset my stomach and my hair definitely is growing and healthy. I would recommend the product.

I don’t really write reviews to be completely honest... BUT.. I’ve been taking these for a month and omg they really work. I wasn’t expecting them to bc half the stuff you get online these days doesn’t work. My hair thins from stress.. falls out.. breaks off etc and just after a month, I’ve got SO much regrow! It’s amazing and my hair feels amazing! Not even to mention my skin and my nails look so pretty💜 I started to notice* results in 2 weeks! Try these! You will more than likely love them!! I was taking this regularly and started getting really bad acne and couldn’t figure out why. Then when I stop taking the pills my acne cleared up. Which is ironic because it says that it helps with your skin. I’m sure that it is effective for hair growth but I personally don’t want acne in the process.

These work very well, since I started taking them, my hair has grown thicker and my nails too.

I’m really pleased with this product. I bought it for my wife and our 2 daughters. My wife will not take anything that isn’t safe and all natural. She ended loving the way it made her nails grow and my daughters also said they noticed a difference in their hair and nails. We’ve now reordered a few more bottles to last us a few more months and I feel like it’s a good, fair, price and value for what you are getting.

I am approaching 70yoa- my fingernails (without supplements) are way less than normal.I had hoped the vitamin would assist with thickening & adding volume to my hair and maybe it does, for me it was negligible.I take an additional specific hair supplement every day & I haven’t noticed any particular additional positive changes to my hair .... but ... my nails! I don’t wear acrylic/gel nails & my natural nails are thick & grow like weeds! Just like I like it! I love getting manicures!
